The choice of an ATM depends on how you work. A wired machine, such as the A35, is suitable for a fixed checkout point. For flexibility on the floor, choose a mobile option such as the A77 or A920. The most integrated solution is the handheld, which combines cash register and ATM into one mobile device. In addition, keep in mind that you must arrange a transaction agreement and with variable transaction costs and service costs.
The standard contract period for an ATM at Twelve is three years, with a tacit renewal annually. However, you can also rent flexibly for temporary use, starting from one day, but remember that a separate debit card contract with a transaction processor can also have a term. Yes, with Twelve ATMs, guests, customers and members can always make contactless payments. This includes mobile payments via Apple Pay (iPhone) and Google Pay (Android). This way, transactions run quickly and smoothly, which makes for more ease of use and shorter waiting times. All payments are processed immediately and are visible in the management environment in real time.
You can arrange a transaction agreement yourself or with the support of Twelve. Depending on your needs, we recommend a suitable supplier and ensure that you receive the necessary documentation. Our team will guide you through filling in the details so that everything is correct and complete. The faster the data is provided, the faster you can get started with payments.
A subscribed ATM has a fixed monthly fee and offers extra service in case of malfunctions or defects. Without a subscription, you only pay for the purchase, but any repairs or support are more expensive. The subscription therefore offers more security and convenience, while purchasing without a subscription can be cheaper in the short term.
