This is not possible for the cash register systems. Twelve's software has been fully optimized and tested on the hardware we provide. This is how we can guarantee stability, speed and reliability. To ensure this quality, connecting your own hardware to Twelve's POS system is not possible. If desired, the Kitchen Display System and pick-up screen can be connected to your own hardware.
Twelve's hardware is designed for intensive daily use and usually has a lifespan of 5 to 7 years. Of course, this depends on factors such as intensity of use and maintenance. Twelve works exclusively with professional, robust hardware that can withstand busy peak times and extended use, so you can count on a reliable and future-proof solution.
