Yes, our POS system is flexibly designed to work across multiple industries and countries. The system therefore supports multi-currency processing and can be set up in multiple languages. This makes Twelve a suitable partner for international companies and locations.

The POS software has a modular design, so you can add additional functions and integrations at any time. This may include, for example, loyalty programs, accounting links or other modules. The system is flexible and grows with your organization.

Twelve's POS system has been designed with a focus on usability and speed. Thanks to the clear interface and customizable keyboard shortcuts, employees, volunteers and temporary workers can process orders independently within a short time. In addition, you always have real-time insight via the management environment, so you can easily control products, orders and turnover.

Managing your inventory via Twelve is easy, but there are a few things to consider. Inventory is updated automatically with each sale. For the checkout application, however, you will not receive automatic notifications when inventory is low; you won't see the inventory level until you open the inventory page in the management environment. There you can see at a glance which products are almost or completely gone. In front of the kiosk, you can see directly on the screen when products out of stock are. In some cases, an integration with Picqer is possible, where products are automatically 'greyed out' at the checkout. More information about inventory management can be found here.
